I want to be a better therapist, but I have no time to organize and plan the perfect sessions let alone providing parent education!
It seems like the parents have no idea what I work on in OT with their child... They don't even know what an occupational therapist does 😲
I'm a Teacher
My students receive OT, but I don't know how to provide support or augment progress in the classroom.
I don't know how an occupational therapist can help my students or what questions I can ask them.
I'M A PARENT
My child is not able to keep up with his/her peers in the classroom and I don't know who can help.
My child receives OT but it is difficult to reach him/her with a question and I always feel out of the loop. I don't know what I can do at home to help my child's OT skills
I'M A SEIT, SLP, PT, ETC.
My student needs occupational therapy desperately but was either not approved or does not have access to OT.
Now I need to help this child tackle issues I'm not familiar with. What do I do?!
